Peoplelink Staffing Solutions has partnered with a Tier 1, Automotive Manufacturing 
Company in the Vance, AL area and is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller Analyst Specialist to join their team. This position supporting specific area(s) of the business with data analytics, forecasting, analyzing the forecast against a plan, tracking of key performance indicators, managing projects, and supporting other finance related activities. This position presents to management providing data that drives improvement to key performance indicators and supports strategic decisions. Corporate Controller Analyst Specialist Job Summary
•    Role: Corporate Controller Analyst Specialist
•    Full Time 1 Year Contract – ability to go longer
•    Salary: $68K-$85K (Depends on Experience)
•    M-F 8a-5p with flexible hours
•    Relocation expenses may be offered
•    Supporting specific area(s) of the business with data analytics, forecasting, analyzing the forecast against a plan, tracking of key        performance indicators, managing projects, and supporting other finance related activities.
•    Presents to management providing data that drives improvement to key performance indicators and supports strategic decisions.
                        
Experience and Qualifications
•    Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.  Industrial Engineering degree or relevant work experience 
•    3 years’ experience as a financial analyst/materials analyst, of financial role
•    KPI’s Forecasting
•    Ability to build financial models
•    Experience in enforce quality control, help reduce waste
•    Ability to improve the efficiency of production process
•    Manage production schedules, coordinate services to maximize productivity
•    Evaluate manufacturing processes, identify those in need of improvement
•    Data Analysis
•    Critical thinking 
•    Analytical skills 
•    Database experience
•    SAP, Kronos, Hyperion (a plus)
•    German language skills (huge plus)
•    Strong Excel skills
•    Excellent communication
