Calling all early bird CDL Drivers, Warehouse Operations, Mechanics, Forklift, Equipment and Chemical Operators! Agtegra in Oakes, ND is partnering with PeopleLift as we expand our business needs! We are seeking motivated CDL drivers, Material handlers, Chemical and Equipment Operators, facility maintenance technicians and mechanically inclined individuals for 1st shift, who enjoy all things involving agriculture to assist in agronomy services. We have multiple positions available. These are DIRECT hire, Full-Time opportunities with health, PTO and additional incentives!
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour DOE based on position
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-6pm hours vary based on position

Positions Offered:
Applicator
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for operating and maintaining spray equipment according to specifications. Will blend chemicals according to labels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Operates and maintains applicator in a safe and accurate manner.
· Performs necessary maintenance & calibration on assigned machines.
· Responsible for following the label when blending crop protection products to ensure quality chemicals.
· Provides accurate and efficient unloading and delivery of product.
· Assists sales agronomist with scouting fields to determine appropriate chemical mix, if necessary.
· Communicates with supervisor and agronomists about which fields to go to and what chemicals need to be sprayed.
Education and Experience Required:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· CDL is preferred and an Applicator License is required.
Warehouse Operations
Position Summary:
Primary responsibilities will be assisting with all warehouse operations such as Seed Treating, Bulk and/or Package Chemical, and Liquid Fertilizer receiving and load-out. This position will also assist with inventories and orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for loading, unloading, seed and chemicals, and treatment of seed.
- Responsible for keeping work area clean and in optimum working condition.
- Interacting positively with patrons.
- Ability to learn forklift operations and do so safely.
- Understands D365 counter invoicing and Precision Ag.
Education and Experience Required:
- High school or general education degree (GED); or 0-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Applicator/Truck Driver
($18-$20 DOE)
Position Summary:
Responsibilities to include chemical and fertilizer application, plant food mixing, transportation and crop management. Strong preference for someone with computer and GPS systems knowledge, however, will train the right candidate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operating and maintaining spray equipment.
- Operate and maintain fertilizer and chemical equipment.
- Perform necessary maintenance.
- Blend and apply fertilizer and chemicals according to labeled directions or recommendations.
- Assist to achieve accurate and efficient unloading and delivery of products.
- Scout fields to help determine appropriate chemical and fertilizer recommendations as necessary.
Education and Experience Requirements:
This qualified individual must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, possess excellent teamwork and people skills, and looking for a rewarding position with a growing company. Must have a good driving record and either have their CDL or are in the process of obtaining a CDL license. Must also be able to obtain a Hazmat endorsement with the help of Agtegra.
