Outbound Sales Consultant II - 14552384

  • Come join the Small Business Group (SBG) as an Outbound Sales Consultant.
  • SBG Inside sales supports our customers by providing a consultative sales experience around how to start, protect, manage and grow their small businesses.
  • You’ll spend the majority of your time engaging with small businesses discussing their aspirations, uncovering needs, and discovering problems you can help them solve with the client’s offerings including Supplies, Financial Management, Payroll, and Payments solutions.
    SBG Inside Sales is a multi-channel organization focused on building customer confidence by providing Small Business expertise in every interaction.
  • Our Sales Consultants are expected to understand how Small Businesses work, know the client’s ecosystem of products, and tailor solutions to a specific customer need to be uncovered in the sales conversation.
  • Across all of our channels and workgroups, SBG Sales is responsible for acquiring new users and growing our existing customer's usage of the client’s ecosystem of products.

Additional Notes:

  • They are expected to make 40 Calls a day, receiving warm leads from the chat team. So, no cold calls, these customers are expecting a call.
  • Will be responsible for carrying a quote, calls per day, selling a product mix.
  • After training and nesting, they will move to their perm shift. They must be able to work any shift from 8 AM-9 PM. The shift will most likely be starting at 11 AM.
