CALL CENTER POSITION:
* Manually place outbound calls from a predetermined list of donors
* Interact with the donors via phone to encourage them to return to donating
* Track contacts with donors and responses
* Other customer service based tasks with the donation center as call load permits
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.
Ability to seek guidance when answer is not clear.
