Job Description

Requirements:
-Working experience of 5+ years
-Windows Server administration from 2008r2/2019 as well as Exchange 2010-2019
-Functional knowledge of cloud service platforms (Google Apps, Office365, etc.)
-Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management
-In-depth knowledge of Desktop, Mobile, and Server hardware
-Functional knowledge of Apple administration in windows environments
-Provide support to both technical and non-technical users
-Work with third party vendors to actively resolve issues with hardware, software, or integrated systems
-Functional knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V
-Knowledge of TCP/IP, NAT, VPN, DNS
-Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN/Wireless network problems
-Experience with VOIP deployment, support and management
-Experience with backup and disaster recovery systems
-Flexibility to work 24/7 when required
-The ability to maintain client confidentiality, exercising the strongest personal and professional ethics
-Able to drive with reliable transportation a must
-Able to carry 50lbs
-Good documentation and communications skills

Plusses:
-pfSense Administration
-Ability to write end user how-to’s and guides
-Experience with Kaseya VSA/BMS/ITGlue
-Experience with scripting
-Any related certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, A+, etc
-Good attitude
-Team player
