Pennichuck Corporation is a private water utility engaged in the collection, storage, treatment, distribution and sale of potable water in southern and central New Hampshire. We operate both as a regulated water utility operation and a non-regulated water management service. Our Corporate headquarters is located in Merrimack, New Hampshire.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist in our busy Revenue & Customer Operations group. In this role, you will provide customer support to ensure that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Successful candidates should have an Associate degree or equivalent with at least three years of experience in a customer service. Individuals with utilities experience are encouraged to apply. Your experience must demonstrate the:
- Ability to tactfully respond to customer’s queries.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Prioritization and multi-tasking capability.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Solid math skills.
- An eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Word or Excel
