Position Description :
Coordinate the daily flow of the Team's functions to facilitate the efficient delivery of quality patient care. Processes all required clinical documentation to facilitate total, accurate, and timely patient information in the patient medical record. Responsible for scheduling clinical care staff; provides information regarding the schedule; monitors tracking systems and visit verification to ensure compliant patient services and billing. Tracks DME and supply (office and medical) orders. Assists with end of month billing activity to facilitate accurate and timely claims submission. Provides phone coverage and all other clerical support activities for assigned team.
Minimum Requirements :
High School Diploma is required
Bachelor's Degree in related field is preferred.
2 years of experience in Customer Service focused industry; healthcare experience preferred
Additional Information :

Exceptional communication skills (oral and written). Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn additional computer software applications.
Strong organization skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Ability to critically evaluate situations and problem solve.
