Job Announcement:
Chief Growth Officer

Amid clinical workforce shortages, rising healthcare costs and ongoing concerns about inequity, IMPaCT unlocks the power of the grassroots community health workforce.

IMPaCT is the leading evidence-based intervention in the U.S. helping organizations meet the needs of the 5% of people who drive 50% of health care cost. We’ve achieved outcomes frequently believed to be out of reach given the complexity of social determinants of health. Across multiple gold-standard research studies, our team has demonstrated dramatic improvements in cost, health and patient satisfaction – $2,500 saved per patient in year 1, improved mental health, 66% fewer hospital days, and a 94% net promoter score. We’ve transformed the effectiveness of community health worker (CHW) models by reimagining each step, from how to identify the right CHWs, to how to train, support, manage, and empower them with technology and evidence-based best practices.

Having proven the model and grown through guerrilla efforts to serve 50 client organizations across 20 states, we’re now ready to scale. We’re looking for a skilled, passionate, experienced Chief Growth Officer to build this mission-driven business and bring IMPaCT everywhere people need it…which is nearly every corner of America. We’re at an inflection point where value-based models and health policy are leading hospitals, payers and governments to recognize they need high-functioning, enterprise-scale programs to serve the needs of populations who haven’t historically been well served by traditional services.  That exactly what IMPaCT does, and decision makers get it when we share our story and our successes.  As the growth leader driving our next stage of expansion, you will develop and oversee the implementation of a go-to-market strategy for our new SaaS and managed service offering. You will analyze policy trends in value-based payment and CHW reimbursement to identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue. You will build and grow a team of sales and marketing professionals while reporting directly to our CEO, Dr. Shreya Kangovi.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience driving growth for a healthcare SaaS or tech-enabled services business from early stage to something much bigger. You must have existing relationships with healthcare organizations and expertise selling EMR-integrated technology and services. Experience with direct contracting, responding to RFPs, and structuring value-based contracts is also important. You must understand emerging policy and regulation in the healthcare market and be able to leverage these insights to drive distribution. We’re also looking for someone who takes a data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing business performance.

About the organization: IMPaCT provides infrastructure that allows health and community-organizations to tap directly into local communities where so much of health and well-being stems. As healthcare organizations face increasing pressure to improve health and lower costs, interest has grown in Community Health Workers -trustworthy individuals who provide cost-effective social support, care coordination, health coaching and advocacy for their communities. IMPaCT provides an RCT- proven end-to-end system for organizations to identify, hire, train support, evaluate and bill for these Community Health Workers at enterprise scale.
IMPaCT has over a decade of research and development and is the only Community Health Worker system with RCT-proven benefits.
