Penick Village is looking for a LPN Residential Care Coordinator to join our Health Care Team. LPN's play a critical role in providing a high standard of care for all residents within our community.
LPN Residential Care Coordinator Summary:
The primary purpose of this job position is to assist the Assisted Living RN Supervisor in planning organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Assisted Living-RAL and Garden Cottage locations in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community, and as may be directed by the Healthcare Administrator, and/or the Director of Nursing, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
As Residential Care Coordinator, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. In the absence of the RN Supervisor in RAL and GC, you are charged with carrying out the resident care policies established by Penick Village.
- Current LPN License in North Carolina.
- Knowledge of Federal and State regulations.
- Current CPR certification.
