The temporary workers will assist phone operators with a Government hotline (approx. 40,000 call per year), the HSE walk-up window (approx. 1,800 visitors per year), the processing of public requests for duplicate diplomas (approx. 35,000 documents per year) and other clerical duties.
Assist with hot-line calls and HSE window; input candidate names and addresses into the database; check and update addresses and other information to ensure accuracy; look up records in database, card file, microfiche or books; process requests for duplicate diplomas and transcripts; prepare documents for mailing; enter Attachment H, R, and others as required; file records; review reports and isolate discrepancies; make calls to verify information, as needed; other clerical duties as assigned.
