Responsibilities:
- Effectively increase sales and customer satisfaction, as well as maintain existing long-term customer relations.
- Identify and contact new prospective customers resulting in profitable business revenues, while also cultivating opportunities within our existing portfolio.
- Act as a first-line liaison between customers and the company, ensuring that the customer's needs/expectations are met, while maintaining the company's goodwill for future business relationships.
- Present a positive image to the public, exercise discretion, initiative and good judgment and be able to handle stressful situations with tact.
- Prepare and produce presentations, marketing material, RFP's, contracts with customers, etc., in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving services while being committed to excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well within a team setting, as well as being a self-starter under limited supervision, while adhering to company standards/expectations.
Qualifications:
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills, passion for success, high level organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time, and maintain the client database (CRM).
- Previous experience in sales prospecting, negotiating and account management is required.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite word, excel, PowerPoint, etc., is required.
- Familiarity with, or the ability to learn our service area of South-Central Wisconsin.
- Five or more years of related sales experience required; service-based sales experience is a plus!
