We are searching for an enthusiastic, results-driven Field Sales Manager; a selling pro who wants to be in the field, helping the team close sales. Our Field Sales Manager will be a highly motivated, proven leader who will make our sales team more successful.


  • Teach and coach our sales team to be more effective and hold the team accountable for results. We call on contractors, builders, remodelers, designers, architects and homeowners in our 60 county territory. We are experts in our industry and we build long term relationships with these decision makers.
  • Intervene in the sales process to help get the job done when necessary.
  • Hold our sales people accountable for doing all the things necessary to source new business and close sales.
  • Work with our leadership team to create successful strategies that will result in winning on the field of play.
  • Have an intense desire to win through the success of their team.
