Windows and doors occasionally require repairs, adjustments or replacements of parts to maintain optimal function. These activities are completed by specialized Service Technicians, at the direction of our Customer Service Coordinators.
Customers will contact you via phone, email or occasionally walk-in and it will be your duty to understand what problem they are experiencing and how to fix it, then generate a quote for the necessary parts and labor and get them scheduled. You’ll need high level of technical skill, with the proven ability to learn new products, and effectively use research tools and resources, along with providing our customers with a world class experience.
