Summary:
The Real Estate Administrator will support the Lease Administration and Collocations team by delivering on all administrative tasks related to lease administration and inbound collocations. The role will also be responsible for administering the execution of legal documents for inbound colocations through the US Cellular contract approval process.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor collocations and lease administration mailboxes to ensure timely and accurate responses for real estate related inquiries related to lease data, site data, and associated documentation
Serve as first point of contact for all real estate related inquiries, handle landlord and tenant questions and calls
Provide data and documentation to internal and external clients to support all real estate leasing projects
Update information in various locations for data management purposes for the team, including but not limited to fully executed lease tracker, invoice tracker, tower modification tracker and WBS Tracker
Administer all tasks related to the prompt and proper execution of tenant leases and other documents associated with the inbound colocation process: review documents to determine the execution procedure, ensuring legal approval, and generating paperwork required to shepherd all documents through the executive signing process, and tracking through the signature process
Review leasing documentation and W-9 forms and initiate the vendor and customer creation process
Manage standard collections correspondence for inbound colocations account reconciliations
Responsible for the return of fully executed documents to the applicant
Assist with all other real estate administrative tasks as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum three (3) years' relevant experience in real estate or an administrative role
Experience with invoicing and creating PO's is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
