As a Patient Advocate, you will act as liaison between PHH and the medical community.
Assist in development and promotion of PHH services while maintaining the standards of practice consistent with quality health care.
Call on hospitals, clinics, and pediatricians in order to establish relationships.
Develop a marketing plan for your territory and strive to exceed marketing goals.
Collaborate with PHH offices and personnel to ensure patient needs are being addressed.
Participate in/lead networking events and establish relationships with community partners.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of, and ensure compliance with, all local, state, and federal laws relating to marketing for PHH.
Build relationships with referral sources, such as case managers, clinical managers, physicians, and networking partners.
Act as liaison between hospitals, physicians, PHH offices, and the clinical team to ensure quality care as patients discharge from the hospital.
Lead and participate in marketing events.
Work with the marketing team to develop and surpass quarterly goals.
Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a passion for assisting medically fragile children.
Possess the ability to establish relationships, be self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Previous home health or pediatric experience preferred.
2+ years sales experience.
Must be willing to travel locally and work a flexible schedule.
Bilingual is a plus.
