The Visual Development Supervisor provides artistic leadership, direction and guidance to Pearl Studio’s Visual Development team across all projects and ventures.
Duties and Responsibilities：
·Oversee and guide the Visual Development department across all projects to ensure the delivery of world class work on time.
·Work with the studio’s senior leadership to ensure the overall health of the Visual Development department, including growing the department depending on studio needs.
·Work directly with the creative leadership on projects to make sure all artwork supports or enhances story.
·Lead the early visual development of projects on the development slate.
·Train, mentor and motivate the artists.
·Minimum 5 years of similar leadership experience in feature animation;
·Traditional Fine Art Education, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
·Digital Paintings and portfolio which demonstrate a wide range of experience and technique with strong sense of composition, design, color theory, and storytelling;
·Effective communication skills (ability to speak Mandarin is a plus)
·Ability to be flexible and to adapt to change when requested

Employment TypeFull-time - Initial commitment 3 to 6 months. Open to additional responsibility/duration of employment based on candidate’s final availability, expertise and passion.
