Peak Performance Physical Therapy is looking to fill an Accountant position with a candidate who showcases strong values, is family based, loves a great team atmosphere, has a go getter mentality, and….is really darn good with numbers!
Product of this position:
To ensure all cash receipts, accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions are properly and timely processed and recorded to ensure the continued financial health of the organization. The main production quotas for this position are that the outstanding account receivable aging goals are met, all vendors are paid timely, and the clinic remains at a profitable level.
This position includes the following functions:
- Preparing and implementing annual budget
- Monthly reconciliation of accounting/EHR & Bank
- Daily reconciliation of cash receipts
- Daily accounting tasks
- Intermediary with CPA firm
- All Payables/Receivables/Invoicing
- Attendance during meeting
- Report to executive team
- General ledger work
- Tax preparation
- Other duties as assigned
Proven working experience as an accountant, responsible for cash receipts, accounts receivables, and accounts payables. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting for receivables and payables. Great data entry skills and hands on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting managerial experience

This position is full-time. Typical working hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday – Friday.
This position has the flexibility to work from home but is required to attend occasional in-person meetings.
