This position will supportresidentsby responding to calls, emails or letters and providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints within the allotted time as it pertains to Peak policies and leases

Knowldge / Skills / Ability
Knowledge and experience leasing/management onsite at a community or several years of customer service
Bilingual helpful but not required
Manage incoming calls/emails and customer service inquiries/concerns
- Supportresidentsby responding to calls, emails or letters and providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints within the allotted time as it pertains to Peak policies and leases
Assist residents to understand their lease terms
- Follow up on service-related calls to ensure resident satisfaction
Request positive reviews to be posted online
Maintain and provide monthly reporting of contacts to direct supervisor
The target is to ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction
