Sales & Business Development Manager

We are seeking high energy, dynamic and competitive professionals with a strong business acumen and natural sales instincts to join our business development team. Duties & Responsibilities of a Sales & Business Development Manager:

  • Deliver superior client and customer service with unmatched professionalism in written an verbal communications
  • Through direct contact with consumer leads, generate new and repeat sales
  • Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal and company goals while working efficiently with other team members
  • Increase sales through cross-selling, up-selling and add-on sales while also offering promotional and seasonal sale items
  • Contact clients and consumers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and resolve any complaints in a timely manner
  • Remain current on product knowledge and consumer preferences through regular attendance of sales meetings and vendor trainings
  • Communicate and investigate any increases or decreases in product demand and stay abreast of competitors and market conditions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or 1-3 years in sales, sales support, marketing or customer service
  • Comfortable performing basic sales duties, business development and lead generation within a full training program
  • Competitive, positive and outgoing personality
  • Excellent and professional customer service skills
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of people and communicate effectively
