Job Description

We are looking for someone to join our energetic and fun team in our local Bradenton office!

As our Customer Service Specialist, you will be the voice of the company, making sure every customer is cared for and each inspector has everything they need to be at the top of their game. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Full Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. Responsible for scheduling and overseeing additional trainings / meetings.


  • Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude
  • Provide office guests with an unparalleled experience
  • Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
  • Order office supplies and provide inventory control system
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services


  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Corel and /or PhotoShop experience preferred
