We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a very busy glass shop. Your responsibilities will include
- Handle customer inquiries by phone and in person.
- Write up orders for jobs
- Handle insurance claims for customers
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Spanish speaking required
- Previous experience in customer service helpful
- Previous auto-related experience helpful
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to learn the computer system and the software that is specific to the Glass Industry.
