Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a very busy glass shop. Your responsibilities will include


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries by phone and in person.
  • Write up orders for jobs
  • Handle insurance claims for customers
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Spanish speaking required
  • Previous experience in customer service helpful
  • Previous auto-related experience helpful
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to learn the computer system and the software that is specific to the Glass Industry.
