As an account executive, you will identify new prospects, research industry trends, create a needs-based solution and close sales. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a cold-calling strategy
  • Achieve sales goals
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Connect client needs with innovative solutions to transform their HR strategy
  • Develop a referral strategy
  • Maintain responsibility over designated territory

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • One year of experience in quota-driven environment
  • Determined and goal-oriented to exceed sales objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in outside business-to-business sales experience
  • Territory management
  • Cold-calling experience
  • Committed to a sales career
  • Aptitude to work under pressure
