Customer Service Representative

We seek an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Miami, FL.

This role is geared for a True Problem Solver, someone who is Service Focused by nature and can think independently. The right CSR is someone who will put customers first and always provide professional guidance towards problem resolutions. Our ideal candidate has excellent professional communication skills, is resilient and highly organized, and has the ability to manage several tasks at once.

We also look for a minimum of 2 years documented success in a customer service or call center environment, an understanding of the property management sector, and superior research skills.

CSR responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Ensure positive client experience through high quality service and communication thereby training and attaining client retention.

· Providing inbound e-mail and telephone client support for software platform

· Assisting users to migrate from current to new platforms

· Handle client service or support related incoming requests.

· Research and resolve each client interaction to their utmost satisfaction.

· Capture client information and problem-solving process such as decisions made, actions involved and final resolution.

· Update on status and completion in service management system and users through all means of communications.

· Schedule, Call, or Follow up with potential new client leads

· Establish Client Support Center’s positive image by interacting with team members and clients.

To the CSR we offer:

· Annual pay of $38,000 - $45,000

Skills Needed:

· Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to support clients in English and Spanish

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Ability to multi task

· Patience in dealing with client queries

· Energetic and persistent

· Basic understanding of accounting

Experience Required:

· 2+ years of telephone and e-mail-based customer support

· Experience with basic software platform training

· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
