The Role You Play
This position is intended to be clerical and administrative support to our ICT and ACT Program Managers. There will be a lot of telephone contact with our clients and community partners, as well as monitoring our program to meet state and federal fidelity guidelines.
- The Day-to-Day
- Greet our clients and other members of the public in person and over the phone, provide general information about Pawnee and the programs to which you report.
- Interact with respect and dignity with individuals with a disability
- Schedule appointments for clients and staff
- Data entry duties as assigned, especially for internal audits and tracking fidelity outcomes
- May be asked to flex to working receptionist duties when that staff member is not available
- Greet our clients and other members of the public in person and over the phone, provide general information about Pawnee and the programs to which you report.
- Other Duties as Assigned
- General clerical duties such as typing correspondences, preparing meeting packets, photocopy/faxing, and taking minutes for meetings
- Maintain and advance knowledge or skills directly related to your position and the programs to which it provides support.
- Staff may also be asked to perform work in the community to support the program
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is organized and detail oriented, with some amount of clerical experience under their belt. You will need to be flexible and willing and able to work with clients with disabilities.
- Required
- Strong oral and written communication skills using the English language
- Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance maintained in accordance with Pawnee policy and procedure
- Strong organizational skills
- Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous clerical experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, and managing multi-line phone systems
- Multi Lingual skills
Results of criminal and all other applicable background checks must meet the approval of Pawnee Mental Health Services.
