As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for us, you are the voice of our company! You get to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer phone calls, book appointments, follow up with customers, and remind clients of reviews and memberships. There will always be a variety of office tasks that you can help with, including keeping the office clean and organized.
