Job DescriptionBusiness Systems Analyst-Product ManufacturingLocation: Spring Grove, IL 60088 role is onsite 5 days a weekNO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLENO REMOTE WORK AVAILABLE-ALL ONSITETravel: MinimalHours-7-5 (10 hour days)Salary 95k plus 40k guaranteed bonus-$135,000Key points:JOB REQUIREMENTS:7+ years of experience working in manufacturing environment building engineered products.Comfortable working with the business and acting as a thought leader in order to develop new and cutting-edge solutions for the manufacturing processesYou have an entrepreneurial mindsetWould have implemented software to support manufacturing and quality systemsExperience with predictive analytics, machine learning and IoT neededComfortable working with manufacturing and engineering teamsYou have worked with the teams answering the questions on how to use Software tools to help make and track manufactured partsTechnology experience needed includes ERP (JDE, SAP, QAD, Siteline, Infor), SolidWorks, Mastercam, analytics tools and inspection softwareRelevant Bachelor's degree required (math, manufacturing, engineering, business)Strong "customer first" mentalityWill work with tools including JDE, Solidworks, Mastercam, SCADA, custom languages, Qlikview, etc.Data science tools that are TBD for now.Over the next 6-12 months this person can expect to be enhancing JDE, integrating JDE to other apps, data science, IoTJob Duties:Manufacturing would be primarily responsible for system selections, implementations, and change management of our many manufacturing and quality systems.This full time ownership position will work collaboratively with our Operations, Quality, Metallurgy, and Engineering functions.This position will be a key critical role to developing innovative leading edge solutions for our manufacturing processes. In addition, this role will be on the cutting edge of predictive analytics, machine learning, and IoT solutions for our other owners.Essential Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted business partner to deliver thought leadership and overall global designsLead the identification of user requirements and deliver cutting edge technology capabilitiesLead change management as part of the implementation processLearn several new applications manufacturing and quality applicationsStay focused on projects that are aligned to company KPI's such as quality, on-time delivery, cost reduction, capacity improvement, and eliminating customer pain pointsProvide the business owners the information required for them to make educated decisions regarding system changes, including defining overall scope, work effort, weighing the risk to change, the time to change, and the benefits gained by the changeFocus on the inputs and outputs of the Saw, Forge, Heat Treat, Machining, Inspection, Quality Control, Metlab, Production Control and Product Certification teams to improve their individual department metrics and substantially improve overall company results of Quality, on-time delivery and other company measures.Learn and apply deep functional understanding of manufacturing systems and apply thought leadership and innovative technology solutions.Participate in the scoping and design of the next generation manufacturing workflow and technology solutions by either enhancing our current systems or developing new systems.To create a knowledgebase to future owners on our main manufacturing systems such as JDE, Metlab systems, Solidworks, furnace and press technology, Mastercam, bar coding technology, reporting analytics, and much moreEducation and years of experienceBachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Technology or Related FieldERP experience is a plus but not mandatoryWorking Conditions/Physical Requirements:Typical office environment settingCollaborative fun environment where teammates work togetherAdditional Requirements:Must be able to pass a hair sample drug test.Must be able to work on-site at our facility in Spring Grove, IL on a full-time basisIf applying for this role - Please take each key point and provide number of years experience and what you would rate yourself, 1 thru 10 (10 being expert) for each key point.
