General Requirements:·        Demonstrated ability to work successfully in an environment characterized by multiple projects in various stages, changing priorities, constant interruption, and emergency demands.·        Capacity to render judgments with integrity under conditions of ethical uncertainty.·        Commitment to customer’s sense of urgency·        Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing·        Disciplined approach to planning and self-management ·        Attention to detail Responsibilities:·        First recorded Customer Experience·        Loss Coordination·        Loss Data Management·        Direct Repair Program Administration and Operational Compliance·        Job Progress Management ·        Other duties as requested Duties/TasksLoss Coordination & Customer Experience·        Take new Loss info·        Conduct initial customer interview·        Effect proper hand-off of new loss to appropriate party and follow-up as necessary·        Manage phones in a catastrophe response·        Conduct customer follow up on large losses·        Assist Project Managers with reducing job cycle time·        Prepare Contents and Emergency Service estimates and documentation packages Loss Data Management:·        Enter loss data in job management software·        Send loss acknowledgment reports·        Prepare monthly report on recent sales activityo   By project managero   By carriero   By type of losso   By sizeo   By referral source·        Prepare monthly reports on customer satisfaction·        Update and prepare monthly reports on project management performance measures·        Prepare quarterly report summary Direct Repair Program Administration ·        Maintain current file of all Direct Repair Program Guidelines and Procedures·        Monitor program requirements·        Prepare DRP estimates and update reporting as required·        Oversee use of DASH, DryTrack, Xactimate and other required software·        Oversee estimating and reporting by others·        Establish and maintain relationships  with Direct Repair Program administrators·        Test  thresholds of Xactimate estimating·        Provide  Xactimate unit-pricing feedback·        Provide weekly DRP status  reports ·        Prepare quarterly Program Activity Report·        Oversee annual program recertification Accountabilities·        Improved customer satisfaction (NPS)·        Improved Direct Repair/Preferred Vendor Program performance (POMS, etc.)·        Increased productivity of project managers and reduce job cycle time·        Increased accuracy and relevance of loss and performance data (job file audits)·        Increased DRP sales volume·        Improved DRP profitability
