Looking for qualified Emergency Mitigation Project Manager for our 24/7 emergency department. Our project managers are the company’s expert in IICRC standards for water, fire, mold and abatement holding certifications for such. The job requirements will include managing assigned assignments from start to finish, overseeing technicians, writing estimates, tracking approval and payment, and managing job cost. The project manager is expected be a leader for our technician crew; educating and training team members and providing additional support where needed is crucial. This candidate needs to be a team player willing to step in as needed and perform any duty required of the job and be willing to do any mitigation task at any time to keep the operation productive. The perfect candidate will possess strong management ability and be able to delegate and hold crew accountable to their required job description. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess the ability to learn and navigate multiple computer programs.
This is a salaried position with bonus pay.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:· Responding to all assigned emergency calls, creates schedule for such and ensures crews are dispatched in a timely manner.· Participate in On-Call rotation.· Responsible for providing appropriate, required documentation and photos following IICRC and Third-Party requirements.· Responsible for communicating dates, times and progress of jobs through various online platforms (training provided).· Experience with Xactimate and MICA a plus.
