Construction Project Supervisor

Knowledge of residential and light commercial building components is required. Involves working with the project managers and estimators to complete projects on time and profitably while ensuring work quality and excellent customer service. In this position you will be in charge of scheduling tradesmen, managing and visiting projects of varying size, checking on work progress and communicating regularly with customers. Previous construction and/or insurance restoration experience is required. Experience in construction management is desired. Veterans are encouraged to apply. 


  1.  Professionally represent the Paul Davis Restoration vision, mission and values.
  2.  Practice the 10 Paul Davis Serving Basics.
  3.  Have demonstrated organizational and leadership skills.
  4.  Maintain constant communication with property owner, tradesmen and project managers as appropriate.
  5.  Schedule the completed work order to include: pre-construction on-site meeting when appropriate, sequencing, timing, master scheduling, and trades assignments.
  6.  Start and complete jobs in a timely manner.
  7.  Secure necessary permits and schedule inspections.
  8.  Inspect all assigned projects for progress and work excellence. Secure and record all required documents such as work authorizations, change orders, completion certificates etc.
  9.  Maintain documentation on personal inspections and project flow.
  10.  Maintain professionalism with project conditions: (i.e.: workmanship, homeowner relationships, safety, cleanliness, and tradespeople conduct).
  11.  Address punch list items and manage job to speedy conclusion.
  12.  Interface with other Paul Davis Restoration employees, owner and accountant regarding project progress, status, completion and collections.
  13.  Professionally handle any concerns or complaints.
  14.  Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and be able to pass drug and background checks.

  1. Understanding of fire, water, mold, and storm remediation and reconstruction.
  2. Insurance restoration industry and claims process experience.
  3. Residential and commercial remodeling and construction experience.
  4. Previous experience in construction leadership positions.
  5. Industry education and certifications - IICRC, OSHA etc.
