Job Description

We are looking for a Baker to join the Pastry team at Patti Ann's in Brooklyn, NY!


  • Daily production of items, including but not limited to viennoiseries, breads, croissants, brioche, cookies, cakes, tarts...
  • Responsible for executing all bread-related goods applicable to the menu
  • Follow all recipes, and presentation specifics as set forth by the Pastry Chef
  • Follow all opening/closing kitchen procedures
  • Set up station according to Chef/Kitchen guidelines
  • Knowledge and understanding of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
  • Understand & follow written and verbal instruction & direction
  • Attention to detail and ability to smell & taste
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Team-oriented
  • Experience in baking, proofing, and decorating.
  • Available to work early morning and weekends
