Scheduling interviews now for a General Manager with 2 years+ of experience in Fast Food QSR environment that would like to be part of a stable company with dynamic, operating team. Creative ideas will be encouraged

What you will be doing as a General Manager:
- Work under the direction of the District Manager/General Manager in running a popular restaurant
- Supervise hourly staff to ensure company policies & procedures are met consistently
- Guide staff to ensure high quality service to guests
- Building business through creative promotions and perfect execution
- Oversees corporate catering program
- Administrative responsibilities for restaurant
- HR compliance, staff discipline
- Ensure compliance in FOH and/or BOH
- Some financial reporting (Profit and Loss statement)
