Responsibilities for our Fast Food District Manager position include:

  • Recruit & development in-store leadership
  • Must have experience with drive-thru
  • Understand & implement line bar scheduling
  • Maintain minimum roster needs
  • Staff deployment
  • Must be relocatable, although not likely to be relocated
  • Avoid overtime through cost and labor controls
  • Food Cost
    • Control and oversight over product ordering
    • Inventory counting and reconciliation
    • Ability to identify food cost variance issues and solutions
  • Cash
    • Ensure strict compliance with cash controls
    • Conduct weekly cash audits so that each store has a cash audit at least 1x per month
    • Acting quickly on cash discrepancies or POS exceptions
  • Operational
    • Understand vendor relationships and managing R&M
    • Understand utility usages and keeping costs down
    • Analyzing costs and recommending cost saving measures
  • Financial
    • Ability to read a P&L and improve the bottom line
  • Game Planning & Time Management
    • Highly organized - to include monthly store visit calendaring and weekly detailed list of goals and expectations for each store visit
    • Dedicates 5 days per week for store visits, with focus on at least 7 hours in a single store during the visit to ensure quality time with store and issues addressed and goals setting.
