Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join their team in Aberdeen, SD as an Assistant General Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Train, Coach, Develop, and Manage F&B team
  • Ensure excellent customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a positive service culture
  • Maintain cleanliness to company standards
  • Effective communication with staff and customers
  • Manage Food Cost and Labor Cost
  • Management and oversight of FOH restaurant and banquet staff
  • Assist General Manager as necessary

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel/restaurant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • College degree in Hospitality (Preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Must be able to act independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and supervise
