Job Description

 Assistant Manager: SIGN ON BONUS $2,000 in two $1,000 increments

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager with Roy Rogers Restaurants, you will assist in the management of the restaurant operations. This may include overseeing the staff, ensuring inventory control and quality customer service and compliance with all food and beverage regulations.

Requirements:


2 years of management experience is required. Restaurant experience is preferred, but if you have the enthusiasm and commitment we seek, we will train you. Additional requirements we expect from our managers include:
• High School Diploma
• A team player, willing to take a proactive approach to administration of day-to-day business
• Strong, solid communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple restaurant functions
• An independent thinker, able to manager able to make decisions based upon information gathered from appropriate resources
• Ability to function with minimal direct supervision
• Possess a valid driver's license, proper insurance coverage, and a clean driving record for business related travel

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, successful candidates will assist in the management of operations including: team performance, operating cost management, customer delight, and compliance applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

    • Ensure GREAT Guest Experiences from greeting to service to cleanliness. First point-of-contact for the team and guests - questions/concerns, etc. Ensure compliance with all system standards including for food preparation and presentation. Active performance management and coaching
    • Assist in sales building initiatives, scheduling and other restaurant financial management
