Our well-established client is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager with quick service or casual dining experience. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will assist in the management of operations including: team performance, operating cost management, customer delight, and compliance applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure GREAT Guest Experiences from greeting to service to cleanliness

• First point-of-contact for the team and guests - questions/concerns, etc.

• Ensure compliance with all system standards including for food preparation and presentation

• Active performance management and coaching

• Assist in sales building initiatives, scheduling and other restaurant financial management

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant/Assistant Manager with a volume ≥ $1.5 million/year in quick-service or casual dining – drive up a big plus.

• Demonstrated record of managing multiple restaurant functions

• A team player who is a proactive manager and decision maker based upon circumstances

• Leadership qualities: adaptable, dependable, cooperative, and self-motivated

• An independent thinker with strong and solid communication skills

• High School Diploma or GED

• Possess a valid driver's license, transportation and acceptable driving record for work-related travel
