We are looking for a professional, detail oriented individual to join us as a Customer Service Coordinator.

Customer Service Coordinator will need to research and book all travel plans and accommodations as needed by your clients. The trip may include but not limited to hotel stay, car rental, flights, events and more.

You will need to stay up to date with specific certifications by different vendors, and suppliers to be able to book travel. Get familiar with different destinations, to help create an unforgettable experience for clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Engage with potential clients to ensure you meet the clients needs.

  • Stay up to date with all required training.

  • Respond in a timely manner for all travel inquiries.

  • Make sure to stay within the clients budget.

  • Follow up with the travel industry and upcoming changes such as travel restrictions, etc.

  • Follow up with the client before, after, and while on the trip to make sure there are no issues, or make sure they are happy with their trip and overall experience
