- Each candidate will provide friendly, prompt and efficient service to our current member by handling account inquiries while providing the highest level of customer service.
- Must be comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone
- Detail oriented with strong work ethic
- Computer literate in the Microsoft suite
- Previous customer service experience
- Highly organized
- Candidates must have 1 MINIMUM of 1 year of call center experience
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to start training May 18th
