While we desire the Customer Service Representative to have previous customer service experience gained in a customer facing role, it’s not essential. What really matters is that you’re confident, passionate about customer service, are professional and outgoing with a goal-driven approach. You should also be a strong team player who can work with those around you to achieve outstanding performance.
