PathPoint, a leader in providing support services that empower people with disabilities, mental illness and disadvantages to be valued members of our community, is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead our Residential Support Services (RSS) team in Santa Barbara, CA. RSS is located at three Housing Authority developments and is an enriching, community-based program that provides individuals with essential life skills in order to lead them to independence and self-sufficiency.In this role, you will oversee a small team that provides services to clients with mild to moderate mental health symptoms. We are looking for a natural leader who focuses and guides others in achieving results, and fosters a working atmosphere conducive to teamwork and collaborative efforts.

We want to hear your voice and why you are interested in this position.Responsibilities:* Supervise and mentor 3-5 staff.* Ensure that clients' homes are safe and healthful, and report any deficiencies.* Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations, particularly County of Santa Barbara Behavioral Wellness and Medi-Cal.* Manage program budget goals and expenses and prepare monthly billing and data tracking, quarterly reports, and annual reports per contract guidelines.* Collaborate and liaise with Housing Authority, funding agencies, families, employers and other partners to address client needs, goals and concerns.* Attend regular meetings with community partners to advocate for clients.* Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments.
Process admissions and discharges.* Provide direct support to clients as needed, including counseling, crisis management, and matters related to benefits and healthcare.Required Qualifications:* Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role required.* Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a social service setting with people with mental illness or substance use disorders.* B.A. in Psychology, Social Work or a related human services field required. Master's degree or registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) preferred.* Must pass pre-employment Live Scan DOJ fingerprint background check, TB and health screenings.* Valid driver's license with at least 5 years driving history, a satisfactory driving record, and use of a vehicle with current registration and insurance required.Compensation and Benefit Package: $22-$24 per hour based on experience and education.
