Customer Service Representative - Professional Sales Channel - Rare Beauty Brands
We are looking for a new Customer Service Representative (CSR), for our Professional and Spa Sales Channel, to support our growing company. You will manage business support and service related tasks for the teams such as order entry, order shipment and tracking process, sales representative support and other sales organization tasks. The position requires advanced understanding of the full Microsoft Office and Google G-suite, you must be a problem solver, detail oriented, a multi-tasker and relationship builder with prior experience in a customer service capacity. Knowledge of B2B platforms as well as QuickBooks/NetSuite software, a plus.
(CSR) Roles & Responsibilities:
Support order processing activity such as working with Independent Field Reps nationally to input orders for multiple brands, track order shipping, distribute invoices, manage back orders, and resolve order related issues such as damages/refunds, as needed.
Weekly reporting of inventory availability among multiple brands for new and existing stock to reps.
Pull Purchase Order reports received from various systems and forward to the appropriate warehouse for processing.
Coordinate non-retail sample requests for processing and report details monthly. Send samples from the office as needed to Sales Reps or new accounts.
Customer Service activity to support Contact Us inquiries and new account applications received.
Interface with the warehouse for any special shipping requests, order adjustments or replacements.
Preparing reports and other documents such as Master Order Forms by pulling data from various systems and updating in Excel or Google sheets.
Helping prepare for customer sales meetings or trade shows upon request.
Using various software including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation, and QuickBooks/NetSuite software.
Provide general administrative support.
Other Position Requirements:
Proven experience as a (CSR) or other relevant Sales Administrative support experience.
In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
Detailed, organized, problem solver with strong relationship building and follow up skills.
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quick changing environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
