Job Description

General Tasks:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Ensure all new hire is completed entirely and correctly
  • Scan and file all applications and new hire paperwork and enter into HRIS
  • Daily maintenance of HRIS systems
  • Update applicant tracking and payroll systems as needed
  • Complete I-9 paperwork
  • Process background checks, E-Verify, and update payroll info
  • Responding to correspondence (Employment verification, Child Support, Unemployment etc)
  • Post open positions on job boards, website and social media pages
  • Assist with tracking and collection of timecards
  • Maintain and Organize all employment files, HR records and office files
  • Maintaining the office calendar in Outlook
  • Order office supplies
  • Performing general administrative duties
  • Other Administrative tasks as needed

Experience:

  • Previous experience operating multi-line phone systems
  • Previous experience supporting HR functions, preferably handing new hire paperwork
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitasks
  • Computer efficiency and Proficient with Microsoft Work, Outlook.
