Job Title: Client Specialist
Timeframe/Duration: 40 hour/week position beginning as soon as possible. Temporary with potential for conversation to regular, fulltime position
Key functions include management of counts, order placement process, invoicing and day-to-day support for clients. This includes direct interaction with clients to advise and influence them with regard to the best method to process their list data orders and best list product/selections to utilize. Account management duties that include list inquiry counts/order fulfillment processing.
Strong customer/client service skills, ability to follow process and comfortable working with computer systems (must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel and ability to learn custom systems). Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong networking and interpersonal relationship building skills.
Preference would be to have someone with experience with demographic list data utilized in online/offline marketing campaigns.
