The IT Applications Coordinator is responsible for clinical and administrative software systems at Partners in Home Care, including conversions, installation, maintenance, upgrades, report creation, and vendor relations. Responsibilities include planning and design of business solutions and resources needed to meet business goals and objectives, facilitation of the integration of data, information, knowledge and/or systems to support improved productivity, efficiency, decision making, and/or quality outcomes for all clinical, financial or administrative roles. The IT Applications Coordinator is also responsible for implementation and operational support of system configurations, analyzing data, information and information system requirements.


This role monitors system performance and maximizes on-stream time and efficiency; maintains software in an up-to-date status including dictionaries, pricing uploads/updates and other functions that provide current information for agency-wide use; implements security and backup systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality of data.


As project manager for conversions to new software systems and platforms, the IT Applications Coordinator is responsible for new initiatives and major software changes.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five years of experience in information technology
  • Two years of health-related industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and report writing ability
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field preferred
  • High-speed Internet required for remote work (WFH).
