Job Description

Partners Personnel is seeking an experienced HR Specialist for a position in Tracy, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment
  • Process and audit bi-weekly payroll then data entry and report into ADP
  • Process and file employee forms
  • Assist in open enrollment and other benefit administration
  • Assist manager is administering safety policy and maintaining safety compliance
  • Provide and process paperwork regarding Workers' Comp. Claims

Required:

  • 3 Years LOA experience
  • 2 Years General HR Experience
  • Experience running payroll
  • Experience with Benefits
  • Experience with an E-Commerce Business Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration Preferred
  • Ultipro Experience Preferred
