To provide creative and production assistance to the Marketing and Sales Divisions which support the acquisition and retention of long-term, quality clients for the Company.
o Assist with the creative strategy, production and distribution of all print and digital media placements. o Develop and maintain ad campaign calendar.
o Provide media placement analysis and comparison reporting for greater engagement opportunities.
o Assist with the coordination and distribution of press relations materials.
o Assist with copy writing, graphics and content development for all e-marketing efforts.
o Assist with the execution of social media strategies and processes.
o Create and manage performance result reports for e-marketing and social media campaigns.
o Assist with the development and execution of website strategies, updates and maintenance.
o Manage all website analytics.
o Assist with the coordination of event sponsorship requirements.
o Assist with the research, production and distribution of promotional giveaways, employee and rep gifts, etc.
o Maintain virtual product libraries (MRL, Office Snapshots, Designer Pages, etc.).
o Assist with creation and execution of tradeshow promotional campaigns.
o Initiate tradeshow follow-up communications with reps.
o Assist with fabric/finish selections for brochure development and tradeshow booth presentations.
o Assist with brochure and price list production.
o Provide graphic design assistance for all internal and external presentation requirements.
o Research and evaluate future marketing opportunities.
o Support various sales and marketing projects.
o Provide sales and marketing information and assistance to company employees.
o Orchestrate procedures and manage accountabilities towards timely completion.
o Recommend to Director of Marketing ideas for system improvements for the Sales and Marketing Divisions’ administrative and production activities.
o Administer all tasks according to established goals, policies and procedures.
