Direct Hire!
We are seeking for an Assistant Store Manager to work Monday- Friday from 6:30am- 3:30pm located in Union City, CA. The Assistant Store Manager will be supporting the store manager on the daily business operations. Salary will range from $40,200- $46,000 with Quarterly and Yearly bonuses! No Holidays or weekends required. Great opportunity to grow with the company, provides a career path.

Job Duties:

  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Training and supervising employees
  • Assist with development of new sales

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • Must have Customer Service experience
  • Must be bilingual- English/ Spanish
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Computer experience with knowledge of POS is a plus
  • Background and Drug Test required
  • **Open to occasional travel for work
