Description: At ParsonsKellogg, you will have the opportunity to create something extraordinary. The Account Specialist will play a central role by supporting the Senior Account Specialist and Key Account Managers and for the retention and growth of existing clients. Duties include preparing and delivering client presentations, forecasting, entering orders, effectively communicating with the decision makers of client partnerships, and the ability to maximize opportunities presented by the business development team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Identifying ideal customer profiles and mapping customer journeys to identify the gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints, for all kinds of customer interactions, transactions and engagements - from purchase to product return to customer support Partner with internal teams such as marketing, sales, creative, finance, operations, etc. to ensure there are no gaps in the customer experience Raising red flags wherever the business process – billing, installation or anything pre or post sales – needs correction to ensure the customer has a seamless experience with the company Ensuring the Inside Sales strategies are aligned to the larger marketing and business goals and outcomes Collect, track and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered - help measure metrics to gauge how the brand is performing on Customer Experience performance parameters Work with the technology teams to ensure a seamless brand and buying experience with the technology in place Responsible for composing client correspondence, creating presentations, and maintaining databases Supporting specific key account teams by executing quotes and order entry. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Perks At PK? Requirements: Thorough understanding of marketing, sales, and negotiating techniques General knowledge and interest of golf/sports and the retail apparel brands that we partner with is a plus Documenting/Recording Information Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines Number driven person with an interest in sales Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Gmail, and the ability to learn our in-house ERP Experience in customer service, retail, and or promotional products is also a plus Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Demonstrates a professional, team first attitude towards work and co-workers
