Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium is growing and in search of two full-time administrative assistants. We take pride in providing a superior level of service, compassion and care to each and every family we serve. This position will be an integral part in maintaining that service by providing the highest level of administrative support for pre-need and at-need arrangements. The perfect candidate should not only be able to demonstrate adequate office, computer & communication skills, but also be motivated, ethical and have integrity.

-extensive software & computer skills
-excellent communication & customer service skills
-Knowledge of secretarial & administrative procedures
-2+ years of administrative experience preferred
-Maintain friendly attitude while offering assistance & guidance to all
-Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service focused environment
-High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive & confidential situations
-Must be able to work 40 hours a week with weekend availability
