Parry Labs, founded in 2016, is headquartered in Alexandria, VA, with offices located in Huntsville, AL, Dallas, TX, and Columbia, MD.  We provide leading edge software-defined / hardware-enabled solutions enabling mission success across air, land, sea, and cyber domains for DoD customers.

Parry Labs is building a strong executive team with leadership stemming from General Atomics, Northrop Grumman, Palantir and more.  We are quadrupling in size over the next two years and are looking for strong professionals to support our executives and our fast-growing engineering workforce as we put process, organization, and structures in place to scale out with this dynamic growth.  Parry Labs offers a dynamic culture where every employee has the opportunity to have a direct impact.

  • Maintain executive leadership calendars, schedules, prioritization of time and tasks
  • Manage expensing and expense reporting for executive leadership
  • Orchestrating travel arrangements for executive leadership
  • Compose responses to routine inquiries and assist the leadership with communication to his team
  • Attend meetings to provide tasking priorities to attendees
  • Ability to travel as needed for various events with the executive team
  • Prepare and coordinate executive level correspondence for executive leadership
  • Follow administrative, confidential, and sensitive data guidelines
  • Plan, coordinate and execute events for various sites (internal staff events to customer events)
  • Identify opportunities to improve on administrative business policies/objectives
  • Coordinate executive meetings: scheduling, prepare handouts and catering, etc.
  • Assist in various tasks and special projects upon request
  • Prioritize work assignments to ensure work is completely accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide typing, graphic, and presentation support. May perform editing of author’s documentation.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and have a high sense of urgency.

  • Ability to interact with a wide range of teams internally and externally with thoughtfulness and tact.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in both internal and external interactions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and professional appearance and countenance
  • Solid administrative skills (correspondence management; calendar management; scheduling travel; monitor workflow and track expenses; etc.)
  • Comfortable interacting with high-level individuals and functions well in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a team player skilled with resolving conflicts
  • Ability to take direction and work independently to task completion
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field




  • Two years of previous administrative or related job experience coordinating personnel and activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
