Facilities Maintenance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Basic custodial services. Must have to ability lift up to 75 pounds, walk up and down stairs, and remain standing for extended periods of time. The majority of time will be spent outside. 

Occasional exterior painting of buildings and interior painting of public and common areas. Maintenance of parking lot, flower beds, playground area, and any other outside areas. Pressure washing, power washing, and sand blasting as needed.

General building repairs. Maintenance of building safety and systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and lighting as needed. 

Must have the flexibility to handle any other indoor and outdoor maintenance as needed.

We utilize various curricular elements and augment with sports, music, physical education, computers, health education and enrichment activities.  Field trips and playground time are provided for a well-rounded and enjoyable learning experience.  Our curriculum is for the average to above average student.
